How Distance Reiki Works
Reiki is universal life energy that knows no limits of time or space. In a distance session, I act as a channel to direct this energy to you, wherever you are in the world.
Through a conscious connection and the use of sacred symbols, the session works to:
- Unblock energy centers or Chakras that may be causing fatigue or stress
- Reduce anxiety and promote deep relaxation
- Restore emotional and mental balance from the comfort of your home
Distance Reiki is just as effective as an in person session, as energy flows to where it is most needed, allowing you to receive healing in your own safe space.
Each session includes a brief initial conversation to establish your intention and a follow up message after the session to share sensations and insights.
